So start your lunch, or better yet, your dinner with appetizers from the Antipasti and Crudo portions – for example, get the beef carpaccio or octopus with potatoes, popular on the Amalfi Coast. Follow with homemade pasta made in the restaurant using Italian equipment. Try the shrimp pasta or the bottarga tagliatelle. If you want something more robust, get the lamb shank or Calabrian chicken with root vegetables and beans.
