One of the most important things to remember is that, according to Ms. Mills, not everyone in the bridal room has to help prepare for the day, and less is more.

“The only people who will be there will be me and my wedding party and maybe my mom if she has the guts,” she said.

“Then your photographer, make-up artist and hairdresser.”

The more people attend the opening program on your wedding day, the more tense energy tends to surface.

Next, Miss Mills stresses the importance of nourishing and moisturizing both the bride and her party before the festivities begin.

“It’s a wonderful morning and a wonderful day,” he said. “And by hydrate I mean water, coffee, mimosas.”

But only if they have already tested the mask and know that they will not have an allergic reaction to the ingredients.

“You will shine all day,” he said.

Finally, encourage brides to download a good playlist, make drinks, and shoot with Polaroids to relive the memories of the big day.

“The time of day to spend with your girls and boys – if there are boys – this is for you,” Mills said.
