Half of the summer is still ahead (we’re optimistic, the glass is always half full of foam), which means it’s time for the second part of our ranking of the coolest patios. We hope that you have already studied the first part of the selection and managed to relax even outside Moscow.
The days are gradually getting shorter and the nights are cooler and more cheerful – so don’t waste your time, head to one of the verandas and contemptuously glance at your friends who offer to sit inside.
The Fashion Vibes columnist Anya Baturina got burned twice, got caught in the rain four times, but went around all the verandas of the city to compose the second part of the rating.

“Radio”

This summer’s trend is patios that are trendy yet out of the way. On the one hand, the development of other areas is great, on the other hand, they are all located quite far from each other, so it is unlikely that you can transfer from one to another smoothly without the help of a taxi. The unusual and eclectic patio of the Radio sera restaurant is located in the Supermetal area (it is also very beautiful inside). Huge plants, carpets, sofas, paintings and beautiful people mingle here – and it’s one of the most beautiful sights of summer. On the weekends, cool parties are held on the already legendary patio (admission is paid, cash in). I bet every second friend or acquaintance has already uploaded a picture from there?

YAUZA

And here’s another project by the White Studios team (Blanc, Radio), who in a week managed to steal almost the splendor of the most eclectic patio from its big brother, Radio. YAUZA calls itself “a sanatorium for the soul in the center of Moscow” and is located in the Podkolokolny Lane district, in the old barns and bus quarters of the late 19th century. The interior is in the best traditions of the team – a lot of greenery, a photo studio and a restaurant. And there is even a bed – be sure to find it and take pictures.

Sangre Fresco

Sangre Fresca is a great example of how guests create a patio themselves when there is no patio. Patricks is definitely not rubber and not all narrow sidewalks have space for patios and tables, but the full seating, good weather, summer cocktails and cool atmosphere have done their job, and guests have spontaneously started popping out to chat and drink sangrita standing mezcal. next to window sills. But here it is much better not to make noise, on a quiet Ermolaevsky lane the inhabitants of this house have not yet gotten used to the fact that under their windows this is the most fashionable place this summer.
Address: Ermolaevsky per., 10/7
Spirit

The Soul restaurant (from the creators of FLØR) has recently opened on the Coffeemania site at the Moss Hotel, the kitchen has been completely renovated, but the patio remains the same. Perhaps this is the most intimate patio in town because it is unfairly so little known. Perhaps now we are making a mistake talking about this secluded gem right in the middle of the city, but it is impossible not to mention it in the selection. It’s nice to sit quietly and ponder your thoughts over breakfast or a glass of wine. In the meantime, be sure to try the truffle cream, salmon or avocado roti.

Office TSUM

A classic of the old luxury living is shopping at the Central Department Store and then having lunch on the patio of Buro TSUM. This year, the design of the veranda was carried out in accordance with all the canons of fashion – the main colors of the year – Veri Fairy, lilac and lavender are reflected in the interior. Violet tradescantia, purple sage, lavender – bam and you are already in Provence, and below are office workers, secular loafers and smart girls rushing to work. Keep your eyes peeled to soak up the fashion spirit and catch the attention of handsome chef Vladimir Chistyakov, who comes out of the kitchen to tour his property.

Wine and Crab

This year the Wine & Crab patio on Nikolskaya has been completely redesigned, now featuring delicate hydrangeas, frosted glass tables resembling frozen ice, and chef Ruslan Akhmedov’s updated menu. Ruslan did not limit himself to the seasonal tab and seriously worked on the entire menu (do not panic, all kinds of crabs and “Parcel from Kamchatka” did not go). The ideal location on a quiet Tretyakovsky gorge among boutiques makes you forget about the noise of cars and the number of summer parties you need to take time to visit. Delicious food, isolation and tranquility – that’s why you should come here. And of course, beautiful pictures too.
Address: Nikolskaya street, 19-21, building 1
Cliff

The patio of the Italian restaurant Rocky on Bolshaya Dmitrovka is ideal for an inspired and enjoyable breakfast. Tables are set on a narrow sidewalk so that you can see everyone walking on the street, in good weather it is very convenient to look at smart girls and try to listen to their gossip. Patricks, there are no crowds and novice bloggers who organize photo shoots every 5 meters, so no one will interfere with the enjoyment and thinking of cheesecakes.

Remy Kitchen Oven

You can endlessly watch how the fire burns, how the water flows and how other people work – this expression was clearly coined by someone who knows the meaning of life. In the country you can watch the fire and water, but for the third it is worth escaping to the City, if not there, you can see the endless fussy people in “bizika”. The busiest patio, Remy Kitchen Bakery is large and airy, surrounded by sparkling blue skyscrapers, business talks and people in suits. Grab a coffee, croissant or green salad and enjoy. There’s a lot of money going around here, try to catch it.
Address: Presnenskaya nab., 8, building 1, City of Capitals Business Center
“my fish”

You should definitely visit the “My Fish” patio until the end of summer to try something from the menu of the Arctic fish festival. Scallops, crab, flounder and seaweed, even for dessert. The idea for the festival belongs to Dmitry Parikov, the brand chef of Vladimir Perelman’s restaurants, as he was inspired by a trip to the end of the world. Imagine enjoying the beauty of the snowy tundra and the local produce of the North on your patio under the scorching summer sun in the center of Moscow.
Address: 1. Tverskaya-Yamskaya street, 21; Tsvetnoy boulevard, 2; Slavyanskaya sq., 2
“Fahrenheit” x “House of Cultures”

This summer’s pop-up project is the shared patio of the Fahrenheit x House of Culture. Restaurant teams joined forces to create a common menu of dishes and cocktails that can only be enjoyed on the patio. This menu featured the best of both projects, such as Basque cheesecake and duck and cherry salad (from Fahrenheit), purple Pavlova and mango condensed milk cheesecake (from Doma Kultury). As for cocktails, you should definitely start with Timothee Chalamet and Gin Sorrel and try to guess which is which!
Address: Tverskoy Boulevard, 26, building 1
concert

In the center, but not noisy – literally on the corner of the main meeting place for all lovers (this is now customary AS on Pushkinskaya). You can try different and rather unusual gnocchi, airy-crust Neapolitan pizza and cool cocktails, with a view of the church and Lenkom, our favorite is tequila and blackcurrant-based. If you come here during the day and only leave in the evening, be sure to take a double look inside – you will see how the circle of light on one of the walls of the restaurant has changed.

Mates

A small urban patio has recently appeared on the Mátes project on Mantulinskaya, but due to its location at the entrance to the park, Krasnaya Presnya has already become a favorite place for breakfast (they are here all day) to feel the New York atmosphere. Central Park. Dip your feet in the green grass and enjoy the view of the city’s skyscrapers, then wander around the pond and feed the ducks croissant crumbs. Be careful, don’t daydream too much, and then you won’t be upset that you left New York with a 9-hour flight and a visa that is now nearly impossible to get.
Address: Mantulinskaya street, 5, building 11
Mercedes bar

For the best sunsets (and sunrises too – the bar is open from 6pm to 6am) and stunning Moscow views, head to the Mercedes Bar. Officially there is no patio, but there is a viewing terrace where you can go out with a cocktail and watch the city and listen to its sounds while holding your breath.
