Andrea Sunshine made headlines recently when she showed off her amazing body in a special tape.
The 53-year-old is no stranger to showing meat and that helped her gain an impressive 127,000 Instagram followers.

Now the bombshell, from London, has revealed that naked yoga is one of the secrets to keeping fit in your 50s.
She said the practice helped her lose calories, but it also provided extra comfort for her hectic routine.

Andrea said: “Stress ages you, being in control of your breath promotes a greater sense of relaxation and balance in the mind.
“It also strengthens the muscles of the body”.
And to help release endorphins in her body, Andrea practices yoga completely naked.
Nude yoga is an ancient practice that is becoming very popular as experts say there are a lot of them psychological Benefits.

He added: “In most yoga postures, the absence of clothing can help the practitioner be aware of his or her body adjustments.
“I don’t see any taboos, there are no doubts.
“The challenge for Latins, and for the West in general, is to learn to touch themselves and others without sexual connotations.”
For her, some cross-legged poses may be best done without clothes on.
“Everything new arouses interest, but only those who identify with it will remain around,” he concluded.
