
Vicky turned to TikTok after seeing a denim dress labeled size 12, 14, 16 and even 20 hanging in Primark, as she asked to know “what they’re playing at.”
A Primark shopper asked to know what the shop around the corner was playing after seeing a denim-looking dress in four different sizes.
Vicky, who posts on TikTok as @ designsbyvicky2004shared the peculiar insight into her recent shopping rush, where she saw the blue dress labeled as size 12, 14, 16 and even 20.
One was seen on the hook tag while another was sewn on the back of the neckline.
The third was on the paper tag that was attached to the dress, but when she returned it it also had a different size on the back.

In the video, which has racked up more than 57,000 likes, he asks the store: “Primark, what are you playing?”

TikTok viewers didn’t seem surprised by the mistake, while others mocked the store for the mistake.
A user wrote: “Me: what size is this? Primark: yes.
Another added: “One size fits all”.
A third replied: “No because I have size 8/10 from New Look and 16 from Primark”.
A quarter commented: “Even Primark has no idea what their size is.”
A former Primark employee also chimed in: “It’s because employees aren’t paid enough to worry about what’s going on anyway. I did the same when I worked there “.

To which, Vicky replied, “It’s not an employee problem, tbh. It sure happened at the time of delivery.
However, another former employee advised buyers to use the label sewn onto the dress, as that is the label that is on it when it is delivered.
It is unclear whether the mistake was made on one dress or if it was made on multiple items.
Primark has been contacted by for comment.
The news comes after a Primark buyer was shocked to find that his size 12 pants were a size smaller than his size 8 New Look pair.

She went to the thrift store and bought a pair of black jeans one size larger than her usual size, but which still didn’t fit her.
“What the hell is Primark playing at? he asked, sporting the alligator-effect flared pants on his TikTok page.
“I’m 12, I’m 10 but I got a bigger one because they looked small but I can’t even button them up and I can’t walk.”
