Katie Hannaford, 36, fell to the ground during a parent’s run after her eight-year-old son convinced her to participate on June 15.
Hilarious footage from the incident showed that things went from bad to worse for Mom, from Basildon in Essex, when the skirt of her blue dress was lifted to expose her butt and black thong.

But Mom quickly got over her embarrassment and said her mistakes needed to be “possessed.”
She said: “I’m not a sportswoman at all, but [my daughter] he kept begging me. In the end I accepted the race, I knew I would finish last. I just tripped over my own feet. I think my body was moving too fast for my legs!
“I’m so clumsy, I always fall. I was humiliated at the time, but that’s it! I showed off my panties, which is obviously embarrassing, but you have to admit it.
“Looking back, it’s hilarious, definitely the funniest thing I’ve ever done!”
She did this when she posted the video herself on Facebook, encouraging others to laugh at themselves.
On the post, which garnered over 4,000 likes, he wrote: “When the kids got more than they bargained for on sports day! Haha.
“If you can’t laugh at yourself, what is life? Sorry the children and whoever is watching! “
