Influencer Bree Lenehan showed fans her “real” baby bump after admitting to “punishing her body for years”.
The Australian social media star, who has 655,000 followers on Instagram, is known for her body-positive posts.
And her latest was no different, as Bree stressed the importance of showing the “real” her.

The influencer shared two photos side by side wearing the same brown sportswear.
However, on the left side, it had been covered and breathed in to give an immaculate view.
This is comparable to the right side where Bree relaxed her tummy and showed her in all her natural splendor.

He then shared a number of similar images across various other Lycra ensembles to prove his point.
Capturing the post, Bree told her fans that her body image, as well as her health and fitness, have come a long way over the years.
He told them, “Mine was a bit like … 2014-2017: self-pity, yo-yo dieting, punishing my body, hating any form of exercise, never leaving the house.
“Priorities of 2018: downsizing, losing weight, doing a lot of cardio, constantly putting myself down, obsessed with” fixing “my outward appearance.
“2019-2020 priorities: lift weights, eat right, get stronger, push hard, strict routine, stay slim, wear only gym clothes that show off my muscles!
“Priorities for 2021-2022: learn to be kinder to myself, lead a flexible and balanced life, take care of my relationship with food, focus on my health and happiness, increase my rest days, move how I love, wear sportswear that makes me feel supported, comfortable and cute, live in the moment, hang out with me, accept the fluctuations in my lifestyle and body, appreciate what my body does for me, respect myself, I take care of my body and mind, I am myself and I feel proud ‘.

He concluded: “It was a TRIP to get here! But it’s important to realize that your priorities, your lifestyle, your routine and your body will fluctuate, change and evolve over the years …
