A former McDonald’s employee revealed her incredible weight loss journey.

At the age of 14, Abby Williams started a job at her local fast food giant to help her earn some extra cash.

It also meant that he could eat fries, burgers, and ice cream at a reduced price during his shifts.

While it sounds like everyone’s dream, Abby ended up gaining weight, peaking at age 15, a UK size 18/20.

Now the 23-year-old from Sydney, Australia has decided to turn her life around in 2018 after starting to hate herself by looking in the mirror.

I often ate a McMuffin with bacon and eggs for breakfast and a large double cheeseburger with six nuggets for lunch.

Abby told him news.com.au: “I’ve never been a chubby kid, but the weight started building up after I started working at McDonalds.

“I don’t blame Maccas at all, I blame my own will and didn’t know why I was gaining weight.

“I woke up one day and finally decided I was tired of being taller than all my friends and struggling to find clothes that fit me.

“I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror, so I knew I had to change.”

Abby gave up her fast food habits and focused on calorie counting, before starting to take 10,000 steps a day.

And in just 18 months he managed to go from 6th to around 8th from 15th.

But he put on weight to feel as healthy as possible, as he now tips the scales to ninth place.

He started walking more, before starting to include fitness classes at his local gym.

Abby lives by the mantra “strong is the new skinny” and likes to focus on bodybuilding.

Her weight loss also inspired a career change when she decided to go into personal training to help others.

Now she feels safer and healthier than ever.

“All you have to do is educate yourself and stay engaged. You will get results, “he concluded.
