EXCLUSIVE: Danielle Logan, 24, from Scotland, is an online instructor and content creator who is praised for sharing lifelike body photos online. She ignores her trolls her in an attempt to inspire others.
A body-positive influencer who overcame an eating disorder inspired her followers by sharing unedited and unedited photos of herself on Instagram.
Danielle Logan, 24, from Scotland, is an online trainer and content creator whose relationship with her body has been difficult over the years.
She is now motivating people online by sharing realistic photos of her body.
Although now more than ever she is being trolled, she does not give up.
He said exclusively: “[I’m trolled] a lot more since I started posting all about body positivity!
“I often get comments that try to refute my claims, for example from people stating that hip falls can be completely ‘resolved’ with exercise or that lower belly fat is actually a serious risk to. Health.

“I also get a lot of comments saying that my body during my eating disorder was more attractive and that I just gained weight. I could go on!
“No matter what I post, there will always be people who will go against what I say or try to belittle me …
“I am very happy that this type of comment does not reach me as it did before because I know it has nothing to do with me and more to do with them.”
Danielle joined the body positivity movement when she started posting vegan food photos on Instagram.
Over time, she started showing her face more, which her followers seemed to like, and over time she started sharing psychology-related workouts and posts.

“So one day I decided to step out of my comfort zone and share my weight gain and recovery photos in March 2021,” she shared.
“It got a lot of responses and I could see it was something that wasn’t talked about much on social media.
“Then at the end of 2021 I hit a wall, I didn’t feel good posting the content I had posted and wasn’t getting much engagement or follower.
“So I sat down with myself and thought, what would I like to see from a fitness influencer who has recovered from erectile dysfunction?
“Reality came to my mind.

He added: “I want to see the truth, I want to show people that you can be fit and healthy, but without having hard abs and minimal body fat.
“I wanted to show people that the cure for erectile dysfunction is not just about having a healthy weight, but also about accepting and loving yourself!”
So this year, Danielle stepped out of her comfort zone and became a body positive influencer.
She is now determined to make her Instagram a safe and positive space for everyone.
Danielle wants to help those who may be struggling with their own body and negative self-talk, to which she has shared her advice.

“Think about how much it’s costing you today, then think about what your 80-year-old self would tell you,” he recommended.
“Would they be proud of the way you talk to each other? Would they like you to wear that bikini? I’m sure they want you to really live your life and be true to yourself.
“You also understand that it’s okay not to always be positive! In fact, you can practice something called body neutrality whereby you focus away from being positive and just start enjoying what your body does for you each day.
“When you think about it, breathing, walking and digesting are also amazing things our bodies do that we may have forgotten to appreciate. It helped me a lot to accept my body for all it is.

Danielle also advises those who are struggling to clean up their social media and unfollow accounts that don’t make them feel good.
It is also vital that people seek help or tell others what is happening to them.
While Danielle’s shared content is positive, she still experiences trolling, which she doesn’t have time for.
“I am aware that your perception of me is a reflection of yourself and your own struggles,” he said.
“So any negative comment is more about the person saying it than the person it is addressed to. That is why it is important to always be kind.
“Making a judgment based on appearance is not an accurate representation of the person. The true beauty of a person is internal, it concerns who is within himself.
“Your opinion of my body is your subjective opinion which can be influenced by many factors.”
