BTS group is everything! The guys decided to separate for a while and move away from each other. Some say the popular K-pop group will reunite, while others believe this separation will last forever. The Beatles didn’t get along after their “breakup,” and neither did One Direction.
There is good news, however – among Korean groups, there are groups whose work can and should be followed if you’re a k-pop fan. Here are a few representatives of the famous genre. By the way, don’t forget to vote for the best.
Street children. The group came into existence in 2017 (actually, that’s how Stray Kids came into existence) thanks to JYP Entertainment, who launched a reality show about musicians a little earlier. Currently, the guys have two studio albums. Photo: social networks
txt. South Korean entertainment company Big Hit Entertainment brought the boys together after successfully forming another music group, BTS. The guys in TXT are often compared to BTS, but true fans can definitely see the difference. Photo: social networks
ENHYPEN. The name of the group is translated as “dash”. Allegedly, members of this group combine people (like words) like “dash” with their music. Photo: social networks
EXO. Veteran K-Pop Music: The group has been around since 2012. Initially the team consisted of 12 people – but now it has nine members. Children sing in both Korean and Mandarin (Northern Chinese). Photo: social networks
GOT7. These guys rose to fame after releasing the song Girls Girls Girls in 2014. GOT7 is currently under Warner Music Korea. Photo: social networks
NCT. Largest Korean boy band with 23 members – but fear not, they’re all touring in a similar composition, split into four units. All 23 members have only met three times to release full-length albums. Photo: social networks
seventeen. The group was formed after their participation in the popular South Korean show Seventeen Project: Big Debut Plan. The group has several albums in Korean, Thai and Japanese languages. Photo: social networks
ATEEZ. Prior to their debut, ATEEZ was known as KQ Fellaz. Soon the group got a new name and debuted as ATEEZ. Men are loved and recognized thanks to the Pirate King and Treasure songs. Photo: social networks
