A body positivity influencer revealed how she healed her outlook on food and overcame an eating disorder.

Daniela Logan24, from Scotland, is an online trainer and content creator whose relationship with her body has been difficult over the years.

She is now motivating people online by sharing realistic photos of her body.

She talked exclusively about how she learned to love herself and inspires others to do the same.

“It’s not easy when you’ve been taught to hate your body if it doesn’t meet unrealistic body standards,” she explained.

“I’ve always been very critical of my body, comparing it to everyone I saw on social media. I truly believed my body dictated my worth and attractiveness.

“But, after recovering from my eating disorder, I was able to gain more self-awareness, as if I was starting to see myself for who I really was when I shifted my focus from outer beauty to inner beauty.”

Although Danielle is happier and more confident than ever, she still struggles with the occasional days of poor body image.

Fortunately, she is now equipped to face those days much better.

She added: “It is truly amazing to remember how much I have grown by learning to accept my body for all that it is instead of focusing on all that it is not!”

The 24-year-old says her relationship with food has never been good, but she noticed it really changed when she went to college.

She says exposure to the media and food culture have taught her a number of negative things about food.

“I was also created to become the shrunken version of myself and through toxic relationships and the media, I was introduced to the intermittent fasting regimen that I have been following for years,” she said.

“For me it created an even worse relationship with food. She has introduced much more fear around food and even at mealtimes.

“So if I haven’t fasted for X hours, I have failed. She created a lot of competition with my body and myself, constantly battling hunger and causing me to pass out on a public bus. It was terrifying.

“I have acquired a lot of self-hatred and fear of food. It got to the point where my hair was falling out and my body was covered in rashes from head to toe, so I decided to make some adjustments.

Now she is motivating people online by sharing realistic photos of her body.

Danielle wanted to change her life and her health. To do this, she completed a degree in vegan nutrition.

This allowed him to know how to eat “healthy” according to science.

And it helped her understand the importance of certain food groups and encouraged her to eat them.

She also started working with a naturopath to help her heal her gut and hired an online coach to help her have an even more positive mindset about food.

Danielle explained: “Thanks to the reverse diet, I was able to further transform my relationship with food.

“I am proud to say that I now have an incredible relationship with food and have also helped hundreds of women on their food journey.”

Now Danielle no longer hates herself or her body.

The trainer uploads a variety of photos to Instagram, but has become famous for his before and after photos, as well as uploads that show lifelike images of his body.

One recent photo that was especially popular was when she showed a photo of herself posing versus her relaxed appearance.

Why do you upload this type of photo? Is simple.

“I didn’t want to be one of those fitness influencers who unrealistically promote their bodies,” she shared.

He wants to be a source of positivity and inspiration for his followers.

“I want people to come to my Instagram page and feel happy, good and normal seeing things like cellulite, bloating and a bloated stomach.

“I also wanted people to see the true reality of weight gain and recovery from erectile dysfunction, including big body changes like seeing more cellulite and belly fat on the body.

“It’s not easy to deal with, so I want to shine with normality and positivity!”
