Three German students traveled around the world in 2014, passing through countries such as the US, Mexico, India or Italy over more than 42,000 kilometers. In some towns they met the locals and talented chefs who taught them to use the correct local spices when preparing dishes together. - 1 whole chicken
- 1 lemon
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme and oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 200ml. of white wine.
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Pour a dash of oil into a baking dish and spread it evenly over the entire surface.
3. Cut the ends of the lemon and put it in the chicken.
4. Brush the chicken with olive oil and place on the baking tray.
5. Add the white wine to the water and sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken.
6. Add the thyme and oregano to the baking dish.
7. Cook at 200 degrees for 1 hour and a half, turning halfway through so that it browns well on all sides.
8. Serve hot with boiled potatoes.

Ingredients:
- half zucchini
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 carrot
- half onion
- Chicken nuggets
- wasabi powder
- Gluten-free soy sauce
- Green or yellow curry
Elaboration:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices. Peel the carrot and cut it into slices as well, like the zucchini. Cut the onion into fine wedges. We add salt and olive oil. Stir everything together well and put it as a base in a baking dish.
2. Add the spices to the soybeans and mix well. With the mixture we paint the drumsticks and place them on the tray.
3. Place in the oven at 100º for 90 minutes and then at 180º for 30 minutes.
