But since the times of “Viy” and “Night Watch” our horror films have remained almost unknown to audiences in other countries. Complex scenarios containing references to rich folklore can also pose an obstacle to exports. And in vain. Ultimately, the success of the Witcher series has proven that Slavic horror stories are a breath of fresh air for horror fans. In the Beginning, the mysterious murders of girls in the Poltava region are investigated and the author will have to personally fight the devil in the form of a black horse. The film “Gogol. Viy” tells about the confrontation between the hero Viy and the monster disguised as a girl. The third part is “Gogol. The “Terrible Revenge” clerk will have to use magic to lift a hundred-year-old curse to save her lover. The main role was played by Alexander Petrov.

The evil spirit in this story is nothing like the sweet and mischievous brownie Kuzya. The horror film tells the story of two orphans, Varya and Arseny, who encounter a monster in their foster parents’ house. The children were played by Vasilisa Nemtsova and Oleg Chugunov.
