Butter – 40 g

Sesame paste (tahini) – 25 g

Pistachio paste – 180 g

Dark chocolate 54% – 200 gr

Cooking method

Melt the butter in a pan, add the kataifi dough to it, fry everything until golden brown.

Add sesame seeds and peanut butter to the fried kataifi, mix everything well.

To prepare a chocolate “bar” you need to take 54% chocolate, melt it and then cool it to 28 ° C.

The resulting mass must be poured into the mold and then turned over so that excess chocolate drips off. We put it in the refrigerator.

As soon as it hardens, put the filling into the mold. Then cover the filling with a new, thin layer of chocolate.

Put the resulting Dubai chocolate in the refrigerator for half an hour. Remove the tile from the mold as soon as it hardens. And now our chocolate is ready.
