Food is a real work of art. And we are sure that everyone who chooses food by the picture knows this. They say that for a dessert to be more delicious, it should be photographed and published with the restaurant’s tag. This is, so to speak, the price of success.
That’s why we created the “Wait, I haven’t taken any photos yet” section especially for our valued readers and food blogger candidates. In it, we will share not only delicious but also beautiful desserts and cocktails that get thousands of likes and views on social networks.
Disclaimer: The material is not only sticky but also practical. We have collected all the addresses and prices here, so save it and use it as your guide to delicious Moscow.

It seems that every food blogger has already noticed that the legendary southern cafe Gussi has opened in Moscow. And of course, we did not ignore this news stream. If you do not know what this place is, we will tell you. Gussi is a restaurant of Russian cuisine, with an emphasis on poultry dishes. But this is not its trick at all. The highlight of the program is the live goose Eduard, who actually lives in this restaurant and periodically comes out to the hall to see the guests. But do not rush to draw conclusions about the neglect of animals. Edward is safe; he lives in the building of the St. Regis Hotel. He is better than all of us, eats right, sleeps well, goes for walks. So there is no need to feel sorry for him.
When you have such a card in your hand, you realize that there are enough different birds in the restaurant. Take, for example, their iconic dessert in the shape of a little duck. It has cream cheese, waffle crumbs, hazelnuts and strawberry jelly. It’s so sweet that it even hurts your teeth. But it’s impossible not to take a photo.
How much does it cost: 850 rubles.

This summer, the renovated Savoy restaurant opened its doors more than a century after it first opened. And to be honest, we still come here like we do to the Hermitage, examining every detail. It turned out to be difficult to choose just one thing for this section, because our entire film has become a treasure trove of photos of the restaurant and its dishes from different angles. But today’s hero is the Anna Pavlova dessert.
The legendary Savoy has always attracted prominent figures, bohemians and celebrities. Due to its proximity to the Bolshoi Theater, ballet dancers were also frequent guests, including Anna Pavlova herself. The dessert dedicated to ballerinas is made in the form of a music box. The base consists of meringue, tartare with juicy fruits and ice cream with strawberries and cream. All this is complemented by Chantilly cream with mascarpone. And the ballerina herself completes the composition. Fake, what did you think!
How much does it cost: 900 rubles.

We have already written about the trend of cafes in flagship stores of Russian brands. But the appearance of a dessert of this origin in our selection is a prelude. During another impulsive trip to the Choux concept store on Chistye Prudy, the author of this text decided to take a breather at the Hidden Cafe located here. And at that moment my challenge “30 days without sugar” was reset. I saw it – the legendary Matcha Mont Blanc ice cream, which all the girls in the banned social network had already taken pictures of.
Matcha noodle ice cream served in a waffle cone. The pyramid looks like this: First they put a scoop of ice cream, add matcha on top, and finally decorate it with edible gold leaf. Layering is everything to us.
How much does it cost: 450 rubles.

Dolunay has perhaps become the most Instagrammed* place this summer. Pink walls, a minimalist interior and the freshest ingredients meant that the place was fully booked and it was impossible to reserve a table less than two weeks in advance. So a visit here was truly something long-awaited. That day I really wanted to eat mochi. Since that doesn’t happen very often, it was decided to end the meal with a traditional Japanese dessert. Dolunay has raspberry and lychee-flavoured mochi; a perfect combination for my taste. The dessert is served in a deep bowl with syrup and berries at the bottom. Here, in the centre, is the mochi itself. The real thing is viscous, but at the same time incredibly delicate.

This summer, the new Greek restaurant Luwo has become the center of attention of all food lovers who moved from Patriki to Bolshaya Nikitskaya. On a pleasant note, the restaurant has a capacity of 155 people and consists of four floors. So there are never any problems getting down here. And the project itself is carried out in a stylish but at the same time consistent minimalist concept. This is where our last but no less important dessert in this selection is located. Tiramisu at Luwo is served with porcini mushrooms. They are added to the dessert cream for contrast – at first the combination seems unobvious, but after trying it, you understand that it should be. In general, the dessert gets full marks from The Fashion Vibes editors.
