Food is a real work of art. And we are sure that everyone who chooses food by the picture knows this. They say that for a dessert to be more delicious, it should be photographed and published with the restaurant’s tag. This is, so to speak, the price of success.
That’s why we created the “Wait, I haven’t taken any photos yet” section especially for our valued readers and food blogger candidates. In it, we will share not only delicious but also beautiful desserts and cocktails that receive thousands of likes and views on social networks.
Disclaimer: The material is not only sticky but also practical. We have collected all the addresses and prices here, so save it and use it as your guide to delicious Moscow.

Our columnist Anya Baturina wrote a year ago that fake desserts are an absolute trend in gastronomy. It turns out that little has changed since then. Apart from that, there are many other desserts. For example, take crab sticks from the trendy “Athena” in Patrick’s. They look ordinary, but in reality they are not like everyone else. Instead of surimi (the name of the fillets from which the sticks are made), there is a creamy blueberry parfait. When the food comes, we recommend that you put aside your etiquette and put down the knife. Just break it with a fork, but before that, of course, do not forget to take a photo.

All Moscow restaurants prepared for the chanterelle season in different ways: some added them to salads and appetizers, others made pizza and pasta with mushrooms. But the Asian restaurant Moon decided not to follow the usual path and approached the issue creatively. So, in addition to all the signature dishes of Chinese cuisine (dim sum and soups), the menu also included the dessert “Chanterelle with Chanterelle”. Very simple, but for some reason no one had come up with it before. The dish in the form of a red fox sitting on crumbs is decorated with flowers, raspberries and marmalade mushrooms. It turns out that everything ingenious is simple.

Be careful: reading the description of the dessert on the menu may make you want to say its name first and then add Sviridova’s iconic song to your playlist. In our humble opinion, there is nothing more Instagrammable* than a pink flamingo. Therefore, finding such a dish is already the key to success. In Arkady Novikov’s Miss You, this dessert is the main character of social networks. In general, the flamingo itself is made in the form of an inflatable circle. Its body is made of pink cream bun, while its neck, head and wings are made of chocolate. Inside there is a filling of soft sponge cake, chocolate, raspberry, lychee and pistachio. In general, think of the good, only the good.

Wu Shu is a new project on Trubnaya Street from the creators of Ra’men, Kook and J’pan brothers Levchenko. The dish that made us wipe our phones’ cameras was also found there. Bao is a steamed Chinese bun. It’s usually filled with meat or seafood, but Wu Shu has put its own spin on the dish. That’s how the zesty lemon bao appeared on the menu. By the way, it also looks like an anti-stress. And it has almost no calories.
How much does it cost: 490 rubles.
Address: Trubnaya street, 23, bldg. 2

It seems that it is no longer possible to surprise Muscovites with a variety of breakfasts. We tried black caviar and free sparkling wine, but it was not the same. But once again it turned out that the capital’s residents are most impressed by simplicity. For example, in Gorynych they serve natural cottage cheese with fresh strawberries and walnuts. It is tasty, healthy and, most importantly, always looks beautiful in the photo. And farm breakfasts will be in trend for a long time.
