The working week is coming to an end, which means you can relax on the weekend by watching new TV series. To avoid getting lost in the abundance of information, we have found the three most exciting TV programs that you cannot keep yourself from watching.
“Fall out”
The film adaptation of the cult game “Fallout” will drag the audience into the post-nuclear apocalypse world. Events take place in 2077. Due to radiation, all life on the planet has mutated. Civilians protect themselves from monsters and bandits by surviving in underground shelters. We recommend everyone who enjoys The Last of Us to watch it.
“Ripley”
The third film adaptation of Patricia Highsmith’s novel “The Talented Mr. Ripley”. Unlike previous versions, the series includes the remaining five books about clever homicidal maniac Tom Ripley. The main role was played by Sherlock star Andrew Scott. The role of hedonistic aristocrat Dickie Greenleaf went to Johnny Flynn, and his fiancée Marge was played by Dakota Fanning. The crime drama is filmed in a noir aesthetic.
“Parasite: Gray”
The South Korean series “Parasite: The Gray” is based on the legendary Japanese manga about an invasion of Earth by aliens living in the bodies of living creatures, including humans. However, one of the parasites fails to take control of his young girlfriend, Chung Soo-in. They now live in a symbiotic relationship. If the anime touched on questions about the meaning of human existence, in the new series the creators focused on the theme of survival and opposition to corporations.
