Six months ago, the Stars Coffee cafe chain in Moscow and the Moscow Region began to prepare all milk-containing drinks using organic milk from the EkoNiva company. And if you have not heard such a phrase before, we will tell you everything in order.
In general, an organic product is a product produced using only organic fertilizers and natural plant protection products. At the Savinskaya Niva farm, located in the Mosalsky district of the Kaluga region, all production processes, from the production of feed for its own livestock to the final product, are regulated by strict norms and rules.
Clean air, active cows, a correctly selected pasture grass mixture and the feed we prepare from our own fields allow us to obtain milk with a bright, rich taste and aroma.
By the way, not every brand can call milk “organic”. The assignment of such a status is possible only after certification. EkoNiva Organic milk has the Russian Organic certificate and the European Euro-leaf certificate. This means that it fully complies with the high standards of quality and organic production requirements for organic products sold in the Russian Federation and the EU.

Thanks to this partnership, Stars Coffee aims to introduce its guests to organic products and to promote these products as beneficial to people and the environment. And now coffee chain Stars Coffee has changed the design of its coffee cups for a month: The cups feature a cartoon of friendly cows, created in collaboration with The Blueprint.
