Overtime is the norm. We know that sometimes there are more projects than hours in the day, but regular delays at work should not become a habit and certainly not encouraged by management and other colleagues.

Gossip, gossip and more gossip. We won’t lie, sometimes we just want to get together on a bench like a great-grandmother and discuss everything. And at first that’s true, but it turns out that cookies have long been used to hammer nails, and the company culture has evolved into fundraising for birthdays.

They do not interfere with other people’s work. It is clear that everyone is responsible for their own tasks, but there should still be an understanding of what other departments are doing. The icing on the cake is when one department thinks they are the only department working, while the others are left to rest.
