Many girls dream of a wedding. We will not say that everyone dreams of a white dress, since the opinions in our editorial office already differ. Anyone who still plans to feel like a princess has been dreaming of this day almost since childhood, down to the smallest detail: how the dress will be, where the celebration will be held, what color palette it will have. The groom at the birth of this fantasy, as a rule, is an abstract figure, which cannot be said about other components.
We all hope or naively believe that this is our only wedding (everybody has their own path and plans here) and we want it to be perfect and remembered for a lifetime. Of course, a beautiful wedding is a vivid memory for both the couple and their guests, but almost no celebration goes without incident.
Cake I Can’t Make
This story is about those who have been going to a serious event for nine years. The wedding was not played in principle – it was important to realize the dream of a beautiful holiday with their own money, without the help of parents. The dream came true, the fairy tale appeared: the arch by the water and the bride sailing to it on a yacht with white sails, all this music from Twilight, guests crying, beautiful photos, cheerful dancing presenters – everything was according to plan and even better.
Curiosity came true in the evening when it was time for a birthday cake that wasn’t waiting to be released and was piled on the wall of the fridge. The problem turned out to be the miscalculated weight of the top tier of the cake, and two of its three tiers collapsed.
Fortunately, with only a few chefs and no pastry chefs in the kitchen that day, the restaurant crew made the cake look acceptable on their own, masking the problem so the bride wouldn’t notice. Of course she did (what do you think, would it really be a problem if the cake pops out in the dark with a spotlight and the restaurant crew watches the reaction with panic in their eyes?), but she wasn’t upset and the incident remained one of the fun memories of that day.

A group of men arrived 2.5 hours before the ceremony, a group of nervous women 2. 20 minutes later, everyone who had not arrived anywhere on time arrived. Where to hide the bride if there is no dressing room or utility room on the site? In the men’s room, because the other girlfriends won’t anticipate going there. The girl sat there for an hour and a half. But then, of course, it turned out beautifully as planned.

It was a wedding in a beautiful place in nature: forest, patio, pier, river. Everything went according to the script. I was the leader of the holiday. At some point I realize that I am speaking into the microphone but there is no sound.
Basically, the electricity is gone. Nobody knows anything, nobody can say anything, there is no administrator on the site, there is no generator. By a happy coincidence, I call my friends whose cottage is not far from the restaurant and ask them for help. 15 minutes later I had a half charged music speaker. What should we do? I had to improvise and run the event in the current circumstances: it turned into a dance battle. After 30 minutes everything was fine but we had fun and there was no light.

The bride decided to quit her wedding makeup rehearsal to save a lot of money. Let’s put aside the fact that this makeup artist is, as they say, “middle hand.” The expected result was a make-up that certainly did not suit either the bride or the entire wedding.
Silently saying “thank you, it’s beautiful”, the girl immediately packed her cosmetic bag when she saw the master, called a taxi, and regained her chaste appearance on the way to the title deed office.

Picture day at a popular country registry office. The closest guests attended the ceremony and arrived in advance. Like the bride but not the groom.
The couple traveled separately and planned to meet guests on a retro motorcycle. The latecomer got there. The bride was hiding in the parking lot at this time. He answered the calls of the guests that he would file a divorce case immediately if the painting was realized. Fortunately, with a ten-minute delay, the couple still showed up to their friends and the registration was done but no divorce filing was filed. As it turned out, the groom was stopped by a road patrol on the way. Since the suit risked not getting there in a neat and clean condition, the man dressed in sports clothes and therefore no one believed that he was in a hurry to his own wedding.
