Chiho is a chain of Chinese restaurants in Moscow and Krasnodar. The menu was designed by Chef Lee Jian Jou and his wife, Wu Yi. The most traditional Asian dishes are prepared here: rice noodles, fried rice with meat and vegetables, spring rolls, crushed cucumbers, tree mushrooms with vegetables. As for drinks, the snack bars offer branded lemonades, kombucha and of course the best Chinese teas.

The menu is based on Cantonese cuisine, which is the most common Chinese cuisine outside of China. Its feature is minimal heat treatment and limited use of sauce. In addition to main courses and snacks, you can try traditional desserts here: fried milk, coconut mousse with tapioca and fresh fruits. By the way, the Japanese menu also works here in parallel.

Koji is a restaurant on the corner of Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street and Kalashny Lane where they try Chinese and Indonesian cuisine. We personally love the Peking duck marinated here for 4 days and cooked in a cherry wood oven. But the best part is that the portions in the restaurant are generous and some positions are designed for two (read: four).

At Jimmy Lee, they cook just as they do in famous Shanghai restaurants. Here you can find dishes from Chinese, Asian and Pan-Asian cuisine. You can order spicy and sour Beijing cucumbers and a warm salad with crispy duck as an appetizer, and fried tiger shrimp for a hot meal. Meanwhile, traditional Chinese holidays are regularly celebrated at Jimmy Lee’s with music and incense – here’s one more reason to look.
