Gwen Stefani was an absolute show on the red carpet at the 2023 CMT Music Awards. by Blake Shelton again this time as she also took to the stage for her performance on the show. However, before performing, she dazzled on the red carpet in a glittering gold mini skirt, which she paired with fishnet stockings. The outfit was completed with a masculine look on top, consisting of a white shirt and black suit and tie. Gwen tied her hair up on top of her head in a bun and added some color to her wardrobe with bright red lipstick.
During the show, Gwen performed with Carly Pearce. They performed Gwen’s iconic hit “Just A Girl” during the broadcast. The girls have gotten to know each other over the past few months, as Carly was the opening act on Blake’s recent tour. With Gwen appearing as a special guest on various shows, she joined Carly backstage. At the CMT Awards, Gwen rocked a red and white mini dress for her epic performance with Carly.
Gwen is actually a previous CMT Award winner, as she and Blake took home the Collaborative Video of the Year honor for their song “Nobody But You” in 2020. It was one of two country songs on which the two they collaborated. the second is “happy everywhere”. Gwen and Blake have done several duets together since they started dating in 2015, but these two had been climbing the charts for months when they were first released.
It has been almost eight years since Gwen and Blake started dating after meeting while acting as coaches The voice. Both stars were going through a divorce in the fall of 2015 and it brought to each other. Blake proposed to her in October 2020 after five years together. They were married in a small, intimate ceremony the following summer. Gwen has three children from her previous marriage to Gavin Rossdaleand Blake took on the stepfather role of the children during his relationship with Gwen.
Blake is currently coaching his last season of The voice. She has said that she will be leaving the show to spend more time with Gwen and their children.
