The couple was then taken to the Royal Jersey Showground and met with Ajax the Shire Horse at Government House in Jersey. Prince Edward is an honorary servant of an organization called The Worship Company of Coopers.

The monarch has agreed to allow senior members of the royal family to visit UK towns over the extended bank holiday weekend in June.
