Restaurant “B12” brought together the best of Korean, Japanese, Chinese and other Asian cuisines with the addition of their own experience. The number 12 in the title contains both a reference to the restaurant’s location and a metaphor for nature’s cycle – 12 months.

Chef Oleg Shin, known for his work in Cutfish, Buba by Sumosan and Tokyo Sushi, is responsible for the menu. The main idea of the menu is the versatility and variability of dishes of Asian and Japanese cuisines. Therefore, all positions in the sushi and sashimi section are exclusively copyrighted.
