Only girls: Kuznyahouse launched the In Bloom project

This year Kuznyahouse International Women’s Day will be widely celebrated in New Holland. From March 8 to April 8, the restaurant will launch Kuznyahouse In Bloom, a collaborative project that expresses love and respect for girls working in the restaurant industry.

Kuznyahouse for a month and their projects Paradiso Cafe and Hidden – only girls. Thirty days, five chefs, six confectioners, seven head bartenders, three sommeliers, two special guests and only five female concerts – only room for adding and multiplying creativity, the spring arithmetic of the project looks like this and spring warmth.

Three wine tastings will be held with the sommelier girls as part of the Wine Train pop-up project in the homely atmosphere of the secret kitchen room. The bartender girls are responsible for the bar menu, during which cocktails will be served both day and night at parties in Kuznyahouse.

Among the main participants of the chef project are Ekaterina Alyokhina (Biologie), Katya Plotnikova (Alma), Gayane Breiova (Gayane’s), Maria Dementieva (Saro) and Olga Morozenko (Stanfood). Pastry chefs — Roza Zakharyan (Zuma), Oksana Kuznetsova (La Poste), Elena Tropina (Varvara + Jerome), Elena Nabiullina (Garage, Sage, Uni and b12), Yulia Posazhennikova (BURO. TSUM and GRACE Bistro) and Nazgul Abikova ( Dom).

Bartenders — Victoria Komissar (Basko, Dubai, (formerly London)), Daria Egorova (In the Bush), Lin Istria (Electric Pawn Shop, Dubai), Irina Golubeva (Santo Spirito), Irina Chesnokova (Meow bar), Yana Aidarova ( Mitzva bar ) and Anastasia Bachilo (Tagliatella Caffe). And sommelier – Ekaterina Yatsenko (Jerome), Yulia Martirosova (BOR 812) and Alexandra Paleeva (DOM).

In addition to the main participants of the project, two special guests will be invited – Laura Dzhugeliya, the founder of The Fashion Vibes, and the Fametime TV YouTube channel Menu, which will add an author cocktail to the Kuznyahouse In Bloon cocktail on behalf of the editors. And Natalia Maksimova, a delicious and healthy lifestyle enthusiast, who will be hosting a dinner at Hidden on March 16 with Daria Kostenko, author of the @fermentationpassion project.

And the main event within the framework of the Kuznyahouse In Bloom project will be a charity dinner supported by the 3.14 Foundation, which will be held on March 14. All proceeds from the sale of tickets for dinner will go to charities – wards of the foundation created to provide urgent targeted assistance to children in need.
