Kim KardashianThe 42-year-old looked gorgeous when she visited Dolce & Gabbana in Milan, Italy on Feb. 27. The reality star appeared at the high-end fashion store dressed in a cream crop top and matching mini skirt. Kim also wore a pair of knee-high boots in the same material and color as the rest of her outfit. She let her dark brown hair down for her outing, which was the final day of Milan Fashion Week 2023. Kim has been rocking her fashions all week and this latest look definitely didn’t disappoint!
