This was the surprising reaction to Ayuso from a Complutense student after receiving her honorary award

maybe the name of Elisa Maria Lozano Trivino It sounds like nothing to you, but this Tuesday has become national news after the unexpected attack on the President of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Diaz Ayuso. Everything happened during the award ceremony that is awarded to the most illustrious personalities of the year in the academic field of the Complutense University of Madrid, at the very moment when Elisa received the award as best student of the entire 2022 promotion of the Faculty of Information Sciences.

“I don’t know who decided that I am the best in the promotion, I assume it is the same person who will present the award to Ms. Ayuso today”he ironically began a “thank you” speech that would undoubtedly leave none of those present in the auditorium of the faculty in Madrid indifferent. “Yes, I’m the best of my promotion, but I don’t agree. Did anyone know my name? I do not think so. But Ayuso is yes, and does he do something for us? I do not think so” Elisa went on to talk about the responsibility of politics in the educational framework and her relationship with what the student herself called ‘titulitis’.

An intervention of more than a minute and a half that included remarkable criticism of the Madrid government and the figure of Diaz Ayuso herself, who received her award as an illustrious student of the UCM fifteen minutes earlier in the same room. “It’s a very sad day because when I say Ayuso, I hear applause. You know who I want to applaud? To my real teachers and for the real Complutense, I’m proud to be a Complutense and today is a day of mourning because they threw us to the ground.”

But if there was a moment that was highly commented on by everyone, it was the end of Elisha’s speech in which, after devoting a few words to the concentration that took place near the campus and to her mother, who was present at the event, I would throw the last poisoned arrow at Diaz-Ayuso, “Ayuso, pepera, the illustrious are out”.

A phrase that became an anthem in a few minutes and that Twitter did not hesitate to go viral in countless tweets this morning under the hanstag #AyusoNonGrata where, yes, comments have been seen from those most at odds with Díaz-Ayuso’s position to support the policy from Nuevas Generaciones de Madrid.

A barrage of criticism and general dissatisfaction among the students that Elisa conveyed with her words at this award ceremony, but which reverberated during the ceremony in the surroundings of the Complutense campus, with a concentration against the education board that, as Triviño stated, “goes be manipulated” to provide a deferred view of what the Complutense University of Madrid.

“This is information science, not disinformation. And I’m not breaking this [el premio] because I think it’s illegal or I’d break it. This is not knowledge, knowledge is having criteria,” the prize-winning student stated in her speech.
