Pan-Asian restaurant Chow Chow is the best place for quiet dinners and noisy parties.

When the The Fashion Vibes team was faced with the question of where to celebrate the New Year’s corporate party, there was not the slightest doubt that the night would be held at the new Pan-Asian restaurant, Chow Chow.

Initially, the establishment was opened by a long-known team from Michelada, Pho Point and Khinkali Point. And as can already be seen, we are breathing unevenly into pan-Asian cuisine. Secondly, the convenient location on Zabelina Street allows you to go to the restaurant even in the December Moscow traffic jam.

If you like Southeast Asian cuisine, mark this place as a must-visit. Chow Chow brings together the flavors of China, Thailand and Vietnam under one roof. The menu was developed by the young chef Belimgotov Albert. By the way, some dishes, such as dima, are prepared by the Chinese themselves. But the Vietnamese Bui Thi Vinh (Pho Point chef) is responsible for cooking the popular Pho-bo. Although the menu is still small, the team plans regular updates and thematic innovations.

Chow Chow has two floors. On the first floor there is an open kitchen where you can watch how the chefs prepare food under the knife. In the latter, guests will find a more comfortable fit, with a soft sofa and bar counter running along the wall. Edwin Byarugaba is in charge of the bar.. The bar card is based on a variation of the classics: Lemongrass Collins, Breakfast Martitni, Clitoria Sour – on gin, with tincture of clitoria, which gives the cocktail a delicate purple color; Spicy Watermelon Cooler – on vodka with watermelon and cayenne pepper. All this was appreciated by the editors. That’s why we vouch for the quality of the cocktails!

Chow Chow is suitable for quiet and relaxing dinners as well as parties with close friends. There is also a DJ playing here on Friday and Saturday evenings. The The Fashion Vibes team plans to return to the restaurant to celebrate the last Friday of this year and many other holidays.

Very nice atmosphere, delicious food (especially the fried bananas with ice cream won my heart) and a great place. At Chow Chow we occupied the entire second floor and although there were almost 30 of us, there was enough room for everyone to dance to our favorite tunes.

Great company, good mood and a relaxed atmosphere are the three components of an ideal corporate party. And if the The Fashion Vibes team took care of the first two spots on their own last Tuesday, Chow Chow, an Asian restaurant and bar in the center of Moscow, helped us with the last one. Whatever your reason for coming here, be it a date, a long-awaited lunch in the middle of the workday, or a New Year’s Eve party with your colleagues, you will definitely find something to your liking here. Meanwhile at Chow Chow with him, everything is perfect, from the interior to the food that doesn’t leave us hungry. A selection of appetizers, hot dishes, salads, soups, dim sum, and heart-breaking desserts (ready to sing ode to caramel fried bananas). And Robert, the new favorite of the editorial office and the restaurant’s public relations manager, is always ready to respond to the atmosphere here. Do we recommend? I think our desire to go there right now for tofu bao speaks for itself.
