Model and television presenter Leomie Anderson has revealed her approach to diet, skin care and exercise after partnering with Clearpay for a summer fashion campaign.

The 33-year-old model was scouted at age 14 on her way home from school in London and booked her first catwalk show with Marc Jacobs three years later. She went on to make her Victoria's Secret fashion show debut at age 22, including appearing at the Shanghai show in 2017 and alongside Lady Gaga at the 2016 show.

Leomie Anderson is without doubt well versed in the fashion and beauty industry, having made her Victoria's Secret fashion show debut aged 22 (pictured at the Shanghai show in 2017)

Sitting in the makeup chair at runway shows while mingling with top supermodels allowed Anderson to learn industry beauty secrets. However, she said looking like a Victoria's Secret model is not as hard as it seems, as she follows a balanced lifestyle and shuns fad diets.

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, Anderson explained that she never denies herself food or puts pressure on her workouts.

Yet Leomie has revealed looking like a Victoria's Secret model is not as hard as it seems as she follows a very balanced lifestyle and doesn't believe in any sort of fad diet

"I don't even believe in diets to be honest with you," Anderson said. "I think that it is all about just maintaining a balanced diet. I never deny myself anything that I want to eat. For me to be able to enjoy my career for as long as I have, I have to enjoy every part of it and I don't believe in restricting myself. I wouldn't enjoy that, I think that it's just all about balance."

Endometriosis Diagnosis and Wellness Routine

Anderson was officially diagnosed with endometriosis this year, despite visiting doctors for symptoms since she was 15 years old. She has experimented with diet and lifestyle adjustments to manage her pain and inflammation.

"Having a lot of ginger and stuff in your diet is key," Anderson said. "Juices or ginger shots are really good for inflammation, which in turn can help reduce the pain."

She also highlighted the benefits of heat therapy. "I think that just maintaining a balanced lifestyle, balanced diet is really key and I've recently been using the sauna a lot as well - I think this sauna is great," she said.

Exercise isn't something Leomie stresses over. When she can, she tries to fit in a Pilates class around her busy schedule (pictured at the 2016 Victoria's Secret show with Lady Gaga)

Anderson called on women to discuss the condition more openly. "I only actually was officially diagnosed this year despite the fact that I've been going to the doctors ever since I was 15," she said. "So I think it's really important for women to speak about this more often as well. I think it's something that's quite taboo to still to speak about. So I think it's really important that we discuss it and we encourage each other to advocate for ourselves."

Skincare and Fitness Approach

To maintain her skin after years of wearing makeup, Anderson visits CULTSKIN at Esher Clinic for professional treatments.

The fashionista has recently partnered with Clearpay to showcase what Brits are wearing on their travels this summer

"When it comes to skin, I go to a place called CULTSKIN in Esher Clinic and I do micro needling," Anderson said. "I think micro needling is great because it helps with pigmentation. It helps with the texture of your skin and helps with breakouts. So I would always recommend to anybody to, if you have any sort of problem with skin or scarring, micro needling is definitely one of the things that really helps."

Regarding fitness, Anderson takes a low-stress approach and fits in Pilates classes around her schedule when possible.

As an avid jet setter, Naomi says jeans and a comfy T-shirt is the way to go when travelling

"I probably haven't been to the gym for like three weeks or a month because I've just been busy travelling," she said. "I can't force myself to do something or try and squeeze it into my schedule if it's not possible, but when I can, I like to try new classes. I'm such a Pilates girly, but I also like hit workouts. I like cardio, I like all different types of workouts to be honest with you. But again, I wouldn't say that it's something that I feel I need to force into my schedule or force myself to do."

Clearpay Campaign and Airport Fashion

Anderson recently partnered with Buy Now, Pay Later provider Clearpay for its Runway Ready campaign, which showcases British airport fashion trends this summer.

Sharing her personal travel style, Anderson emphasized dressing up for flights. "I love to make a statement at the airport," she said. "It’s the start of an exciting trip away, so why wouldn’t you want to dress up for it? My go-to look is classic comfort - jeans and vest, dressed up with a stylish jacket. I’ve loved getting the inside track of what other jet-setters are wearing to fly this summer. What’s most important is to wear what you want. If you feel great in the outfit you’re travelling in, you’re going to enjoy your trip from the moment it starts."
