Marius restaurant has burgers for everyone, period!
Marius Restaurant is launching a new special street food menu. No less bright and juicy burgers take the place of hot dogs. Brand chef Alexander Bogdanov has created a menu of dissimilar items so everyone can find something for themselves.
Burger buns are cooked directly in the restaurant. The menu includes: milk, classic and potato buns and brioche buns. They are united by the fact that each of them can be replaced with a gluten-free one if the guest wishes.
From December 1st at Marius Restaurant, you can try a steak burger on a potato bun with filet mignon, truffle aioli and caramelized bacon. There’s also a Vegan burger with veggie patties, tofu, tomatoes, and homemade mayonnaise. A burger with Asian notes – the Umami burger – is combined with chicken miso, marinated shiitake mushrooms, and sweet onion and port wine jam. And the Five-nap burger was so juicy thanks to beef patties, anchovy Italian garlic bagna cauda sauce, lightly salted cucumbers, and creamy mozzarella that four napkins aren’t enough for you to eat it properly.
