SHIBA and SRSLY have released a green set of three positions for dogs, a cocktail and the most interesting snacks. After all, the Japanese restaurant stands out for its dog-friendly atmosphere, so the launch is organic and cute. Moreover, two dogs have become the faces (mouths) of the collaboration: the West Highland White Terrier Bruno and the Shiba Inu Shiba.

As appetizers, guests can try Temari Sushi with Shiso Leaf, Cream Cheese, Salmon, Spinach Chips, Wild Sesame Gozinaki, Sweet Sesame Sauce, Oxalis Flower and Lemon Peel. Next, a crispy SRSLY roll will be used with buttered oyster mushrooms, salmon chips, tempura asparagus, scallions, edamame beans, spinach chips, and wasabi sauce. And for dessert – a twist of bird’s milk from the bird’s milk Caster Matcha, from the bird’s milk with matcha and a cookie. The set also offers a Midori cocktail with gin, tarragon, lemon, protein and fructose. For younger siblings, delicious sushi will be served with Japanese wild suzuki sea bass. The cost of such a set is 2500 rubles.
