The first issue of Ida Galich’s new social project “I Lived” was published today. It is dedicated to women who have experienced and coped with terrible events, who did not give up and did not lose themselves.
“Our heroes are girls who have faced a certain pain and managed to overcome it. I really love our women, our girls, our mentality, and I know we have a lot of female heroes. Every second or third girl in Russia has something to tell,” says Ida.

The theme of the first issue is very delicate – pregnancy loss. Ida believes she’s incredibly powerful in sensations and energy: “It’s not about us sitting together and crying in front of a screen, it’s about love for life and how to overcome even the deadliest things. they will survive.”
One of the main tasks of the project is to talk about ways to support loved ones in distress. For example, to a woman who has lost a child, “Well, never mind, you’re going to give birth again!” Not everyone knows and understands that your words will not help.

This is not the first time Ida has implemented such a large-scale social project. In 2020-2021, she also released Non-Stellar Vibes, a project about the fate and power of real people, so she already has impressive experience helping and raising important issues.
