The main fashion event of the year took place the day before! Manhattan hosted the annual CFDA Fashion Awards, which brought together the world’s top stars.
Among them were the Kardashian-Jenner sisters (though not just Kourtney): Kim won the Amazon Innovation Award for her Dolce & Gabbana dress, Khloe won a gorgeous look from Laquan Smith, and Kylie in a “naked” dress from Mugler. In addition to these, Irina Shayk came to the celebration in the most natural way and outfit from Partow, and Gigi Hadid, on the contrary, came up with a punk rock make-up. Julia Fox showed her creativity again (nowhere without it now) and Cher opted for an all-black look with a leather jacket and cropped skirt.
By the way, the CFDA Fashion Awards are rightfully considered the “Oscars” of the fashion industry. The Council of Fashion Designers of America award is given to achievements in the fashion industry. The council itself was founded in 1962 by Elinor Lambrete. And in 1984 the Council created its own award, and since then world-class stars gather in Manhattan every year.
