On Monday, the ATX Television Festival announced a bonus show for season 11.
Returning to Austin, Texas from June 2-5, the annual television event will also focus on Vanessa Bayer and Jeremy Bayler’s Showtime I Love That For You. ATX will preview the next episode and talk to Bayer, The Gentlemen and entertainer Jesse Klein.
The panel also features producers from NBC’s Grand Crew, HBO’s A Black Lady Sketch Show and Peacock’s Rutherford Falls. Associate producers Phil Augusta Jackson, Robin Teddy, and Sierra Teller Ornelas will join a panel to discuss the state of television comedy, the art of running (and sometimes participating in) a show, and how they do it. It breaks the sound of the TV too much. Additional panel members will be announced at a later date.
ATX also added a panel on “Final Note,” according to music executives Maggie Phillips (“The Dropout,” “The Great”), Jen Malone (“Euphoria,” “Yellowjackets”) and Lisa Richardson (“Station Eleven”). Music supervisors will discuss “the volatile art of choosing an episode’s final music brand, and their work that created the most catchy soundtrack and pin drops on television last year.”
ATX TV Festival has already premiered the panels Flowers in the Attic: The Source, Rutherford Falls, Angelyne And more. You can find more information about the festival and the program here.
