Vladimir Putin has not yet signed a decree on the completion of partial mobilization in Russia. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.

“The Ministry of Defense has set numbers of mobilization indicators for each region. The regions indicate that the mobilization task has been completed. The partial mobilization process itself has long since been exhausted and stopped in the regions that have coped with this task. As for the presidential decree, it does not exist at the moment. “We’ll keep you informed,” Peskov said.

Recall that the day before Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced the end of partial mobilization in the capital. Human rights activists noted that a presidential decree is needed to complete the mobilization, and regional heads do not have the authority to do so.
