Already having trouble finding your way between Prime video, OCS, Disney +, Salto and other Netflix? NBCUniversal is about to make things even more difficult for you launching its own streaming platform in France before the end of the year.
Universal + available on different continents
This Monday, October 17, the American giant NBCUniversal announced the imminent arrival in France ofUniversal +, its subscription video on demand service (SVOD). Landing in France, Universal + is gaining ground as the platform is already available in Spain, Latin America, India and Africa.
What will this new platform bring that Netflix, OCS or Prime Video don’t already have?
Syfy, 13th STREET, AND! and DreamWorks available
Will merge access to Syfytelevision channel dedicated to science fiction and fantastic cinema, a 13th STREETspecializing in thrillers, crime and action films or even AND!a channel that broadcasts celebrity and pop culture entertainment such as Keeping up with the Kardashians. Another advantage of Universal +: DreamWorksthe youth channel will also be available for the first time in France in linear and non-linear mode.
