Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla and SpaceX and the richest man in the world, tweeted several posts (blocked in Russia) in which he suggested under what conditions the conflict between Russia and Ukraine could end. Musk suggested that there could be another scenario for the development of events and identified four main conditions for a possible ceasefire. He proposed holding elections again in areas controlled by the Russian Federation, but under UN supervision. If residents vote against it, Russia should leave. At the same time, Crimea remains in Russia, as it has been since 1783. In addition, the water supply of the Crimea must be guaranteed. At the same time, Ukraine remains in a neutral state.
