The reason (as suggested by the publisher) is the partial mobilization announced on 21 September. The day after the announcement, the organizers decided not to hold events more than 270% of the average rate. According to the results of the second week, Ticketscloud noted that there would be even more cancellations and transfers – around 200. There were also many more people wanting to refund tickets: within a week, Ticketscloud received 123% more refund requests than before. average during this period.

“After the February events, the situation quickly (within a month) returned to normal and it is difficult to predict what will happen now. The situation for the industry is complicated by the fact that fall and winter are traditionally a busy season and we normally see an increase in sales. Therefore, any current decline will be felt more strongly than the numbers indicate,” he said.

“Imagine: mobilization has been declared. And female audiences go to concerts – mothers, daughters, wives. Where will they be in the mood for fun? It is impossible to hold box office events, sell tickets and rejoice in an emotional period, ”said producer Iosif Prigozhin about the situation.
