Cry – it will be easier. Anyone who tries to experience stress without shedding tears must have heard such a phrase. And as trite as it may sound, this statement really makes sense. Each of us sometimes needs to throw out the accumulated emotions. Above all, it is good for both mental and physical health.
But we’re sure very few of you know that you can somehow cry wrong. For example, at such moments breathing may be impaired or the ears may become blocked. Therefore, there are simple rules by which this process can be much more pleasant.
Let’s talk about them in more detail!
don’t forget to blink
Most of the time, when our eyes fill with tears, we forget to blink. The brain mistakenly thinks that the mucous membrane is already sufficiently moistened, and therefore does not give such a command to the body. But in fact, even the most intense tantrum requires blinking to avoid eye infections that you can bring with your hands while wiping your tears.
don’t hold your breath
Many times, we are so focused on emotional discharge during crying that we forget to even breathe. This usually happens when we release all the air left in the lungs along with the tears. Remember to take in as much air as possible without exhaling so that your breath does not deviate from the path. And ideally do this through the nose.
never cry behind
Firstly, it is impossible to breathe properly in this position, because it immediately fills the nose. Secondly, when you lie on your back, tears run into your ears and are very ticklish. For someone who is already in the mood to cry, this is definitely a minus! If you really want to cry in bed, it is better to choose a position where you will lie on your side.
