Seasonal update on Bijou
With the onset of autumn, the French bar Bijou has prepared seasonally delightful gastronomic and bar innovations.
When creating new dishes, chef Dmitry Orlov placed a culinary emphasis on seasonal products, including berries, fruits and herbs.
The entrees are finished with chunks of deep-fried Camembert cheese with cranberry sauce to create the perfect balance of flavors. For those who love unusual combinations – a salad of sweet watermelon and ripe tomatoes, accompanied by feta cheese and fresh mint. Nicoise, one of France’s favorite salads, confidently took its place. Bijou is cooked with smoked tuna, boiled eggs, mixed lettuce.
Seasonal cocktails are the perfect complement to a French dinner at Bijou. The bar menu has been renewed with Chokeberry Negroni based on chokeberry gin, red vermouth, Campari and wine aperitif, as well as L’Été Indien with the addition of jasmine cold brew, melon flavored and light rum for those who like soft and sweet alcohol notes. .
