Hwang Dong Hyuk, the creator of the popular TV drama “The Squid Game,” talked about his desire to invite Leonardo DiCaprio to the movie at a Netflix press conference in Seoul.

“Leonardo DiCaprio said he’s a big fan of The Squid Game, so maybe if there’s time or we can include him in the movie,” Hwang said at the press conference. He later announced that he would be for the third season, not the second season, which is currently filming. “There won’t be a famous Hollywood actor in the second season. It’s not in the plan if the scene changes, maybe in the third season.”

Recall that the second season of “The Squid Game” will be released in late 2023 or early 2024. The creators of the series said during an interview that only three pages of the script are ready at this stage. They also stated that the audience will see much more plays compared to the first season. You can check how carefully you watched the first season here!
