Barbie Ferreira leaves the third season of Euphoria
August 24 variety revealed that Barbie Ferreira was leaving the third season ofEuphoria. Kat’s interpreter announced the bad news in an Instagram story emotionally charged :
“After four years of playing Kat’s special and enigmatic character, I have to say goodbye with tears in my eyes. I hope that many of you have been able to see yourself in her as I have and have brought you joy of her seeing her journey into the character of her that she is today. I put all my care and love into it and hope you can feel it. I love you Katherine Hernandez. “
Sure, that’s a shame. However, Kat had been thus relegated to the background in season 2 that we are almost already used to its absence. We keep wondering why Sam Levinson made such a choice, when this character was one of the most exciting of the first season … And we would like to answer to Barbie Ferreira that yes, there were many of us to meet in Kat.
