The Spanish royal family – King Felipe VI, Queen Letizia and their daughters Princess Leonor and Sofia – went on vacation. The first stop was the island of Mallorca, where the family arrived on August 1. Here a rich program awaited them: the company toured the 14th-century Valldemos Monastery and other sights of the city and met with fans who came to greet them. King Philip also managed to participate in the races.

Summer vacation is a rare opportunity for the family to be together, as Philip and Letizia’s eldest daughter has attended a prestigious boarding school in Wales for a year and is now rare in her homeland of Spain.
