Ynet reported that Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov received Israeli citizenship. For the first time information that Prokhorov came to Israel from Switzerland appeared in the second half of March. According to insiders, the billionaire at the airport announced his desire to go through the extradition procedure, citing his pedigree.

Official representatives of Prokhorov deny this information about obtaining citizenship and say that the businessman came to Israel for a medical examination.
