Magical makeover: NYC architects transform cabin into luxury home during pandemic

During the coronovirus period, many apartment owners in city centers preferred to live in country houses. For example, designers from New York managed to turn a house into luxury residences within a year. Reported by The Insider.

The designers bought a small plot of land in Pennsylvania where an old cabin was built in 1984. They paid 160 thousand dollars for this property (at the current exchange rate, this is about 9.5 million rubles) and decided to make a major overhaul there. They replaced the roofs on both buildings, insulated the walls, installed a central heating system in the cottage. The couple then took a drink.

Now Wesley and Gesele want to move back to New York and sell the new property. They initially set the price at $669,000 (more than 38.5 million rubles), but later reduced it to $585,000 (about $34 million).

Recall that German architects recently turned an abandoned prison into an attractive hotel.
