Deadline has hired Jesse Whitock as co-editor of London-based International Television.
Whitock joins Deadline’s growing international team from UK Television Trade Broadcasting, where he was most recently editor of Insight, overseeing long-term reporting and reporting. Whitock has worked in editing and exploitation, writing long-awaited news, features and articles for Broadcast Magazine and Broadcast Website.
Prior to his four-year career in the television industry, Whitock spent five years with UK Commercial Television Business International, most recently as a publisher. He also spent three years at Trade C21 as a senior reporter.
At Deadline, Whittock will work with international television co-editor Max Goldbart to strengthen our television presence in Europe and other international territories.
