It’s hard to believe, but even Hollywood beauties have complexes. Recently, photos of Camila Cabello walking on the beach of Miami in a swimsuit appeared on the Web. As it turned out, the singer was very upset when she saw the pictures on the Internet.

Camila, who has always been used to being extremely outspoken with her fans, admitted that she is embarrassed to walk in a bikini in front of large numbers of people because of “unrealistic” images of women in modern culture.
“I reminded myself that when it affected my self-esteem, I was thinking about culture, not myself. It’s about a culture so accustomed to what a “healthy” woman’s body looks like. Photoshop, dietary restrictions, overtraining, and the choice of angles that make our bodies look different…”, wrote the singer.

“Who am I trying to look attractive to, and if I can’t relax and have fun on a nice day at the beach, do I become attractive to myself? I’m not at the point where I don’t care. But I know how I look doesn’t determine how healthy, happy, or sexy I am,” she said.

Camila also told fans what helped her get through the endless quest for the perfect body: “I listen to podcasts about intuitive eating, follow women who admit to cellulite, stretch marks, bloating, and weight fluctuations.”
Recall that earlier, in an interview with American Cosmopolitan, Cabello first spoke about a mental illness – OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder – a disease that causes obsessive thoughts or actions accompanied by chronic episodes).
