Johnny Depp has reached a deal with his City of Lies co-star Greg “Rocky” Brooks, who accused him of the battery. Reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
Johnny Depp will have to fulfill the terms of the deal by the end of August. Details of the document were not disclosed.
Brooks previously claimed that Depp beat him on set while working together in 2017. The location manager said he would pay Brooks $100,000 if the player punched him twice in the ribs and then punched Johnny in the face. The lawsuit also stated that Depp’s actions were “intentional and malicious” and “perpetrated with the intent to humiliate the plaintiff”. The trial was supposed to begin at the end of July.
Johnny Depp won his lawsuit against his ex-wife, Amber Heard, who he previously accused of libel. The court ordered Hurd to pay the player $15 million in damages. Although Hurd said he could understand the jury, he did not agree with the court’s decision.
he said in an interview.
Despite this, Hurd’s lawyers sent documents to court demanding a new lawsuit be filed.
