Personal development books, I read a lot. Sometimes good, sometimes not very transcendent. But over time, I was able to amass a few books in my library that could really answer my questions without injunctions or guilt. Here they are.

This clairvoyant book by Daniel Chidiac has unfortunately not yet been translated into French, but it remains a real Bible and serves as a resource on which I can find the keys when I feel the need. best seller New York Timesthis 315 page book allows you to find one’s truth in the world full of obligations and social or professional injunctions in which one can live. The target. the goal? Making choices and leading a life that resembles us, giving ourselves the opportunity to touch the dreams we have in us. A good read!
What I’m sure about Oprah Winfrey
Organized in the form of 8 themes focusing on topics such as resilience, gratitude, human relationships or even power, this book by Oprah Winfrey, taken from a column titled “What I Know For Certain” is marked by both wisdom and emotion. List all the life lessons learned over time by one of America’s most loved personalities. Inspiring!

If this book is one of the best known in the field of personal development, it remains despite the years a cult book whose 4 principles: “Let your word be flawless”, “Whatever happens, don’t make it personal”, “Don’t guess” and “Always do your best”, are always good to remember. After all, they can finally answer a lot of problems, right?
