In a big blow to Amazon Prime Video, Streamer won British Champions League rights for the first time, which it shared with BT.
Starting in the 2024/25 season, Amazon shows big games on Tuesday nights up to the semi-finals, for a total of around 20 games.
BT, which has held the rights since 2015 when it took over ITV and Sky, will continue to broadcast both the Champions League and smaller European football competitions, the Europa League and the Europa League.
